Mohan Yadav has elected as new CM of Madhya Pradesh

The prolonged suspense regarding the Chief Ministerial position in Madhya Pradesh, which lingered for eight days, has finally ended. Contrary to all expectations, Mohan Yadav has been elected as the new CM of Madhya Pradesh.

He was initially elected as the MLA from the Ujjain South seat in 2013 and subsequently re-elected in 2018. In the 2023 Assembly elections, Mohan Yadav triumphed over Chetan Pramnarayan Yadav of the Congress by a margin of 12,941 votes in the Ujjain South Assembly seat.

During the legislative party meeting, Haryana CM and Madhya Pradesh observer Manohar Lal Khattar announced Dr. Mohan Yadav as the new CM.
