Chicken without oil
Ingredients- 500 grams chicken, 200 grams of sour and sweet curd, 250 grams of onion paste, 3 cloves of garlic paste, a small raw papaya, 30 grams of ginger, 30 grams of oil.
Wash the chicken, drain the water, then spread two types of yogurt on it and let it sit for two hours. Cook meals in a pressure cooker. Oil heating. While the meat is cooking, saute the bay leaves and garam masala. Add half an onion, half a papaya, and garlic paste after frying for a while.

Method:- Grind ginger, garlic and poppy seeds together, and chop the onion. Cut the chicken into small pieces (must be prepared at the time of purchase). Heat oil in a wok and fry lightly with cinnamon pieces and chopped onions. Now add a little water to it after leaving the spices. Put the dekchi on low flame and cover it. When the meat pieces are cooked and spread the broth, take it down.
