Method:- Cut cauliflower and wash it. Mix well with onion, ginger, garlic, dhamato, kachalanka, salt, turmeric, little sugar and raw mustard oil and keep covered overnight. Now mix ghee and oil in a pan and heat it and add garam masala. Now fry the cauliflower and cover it well. Do not water. You can add little milk if required, take it off when it is cooked.

Method- Cut the potatoes and cauliflower in medium size, remove the seeds and keep them. Apply a little turmeric and salt on potatoes and cauliflower and fry in hot oil. Grind the turmeric powder, green chilies, and coriander together with some water and oil.

Add little sugar and salt. Now keep stirring with kopi, potatoes and curry beans. Add water to boil. When cooked, take it down and keep it in a separate container. Method- Chop onion, garlic and capsicum. Cut the raw chili into rounds. Cut the cauliflower florets into pieces. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions and garlic until brown. Now keep frying with ringed green chillies and crushed capsicum.

Add cauliflower when lightly fried. When slightly fried add soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, sugar and add little water. When kopi is cooked spread ajinamto. Mix arrowroot in water before taking it down and shake it down. Serve the chili cauliflower with bread or roti.
