Meat cutlet

Ingredients-Meat, chopped green chillies, ginger-garlic-onion paste, egg, biscuit powder, vinegar, milk, bread, oil or ghee and salt.

Method – Thin and cut into slices. Soak bread in milk. Cut both sides of the meat with a knife. Now soak the meat in vinegar along with all the batter spices, chopped green chillies and salt. Now put the soaked bread and beaten egg on each spiced piece of meat. Make cutlets and dry with biscuit powder. Then keep frying one by one in oil or ghee. But do not overheat.

Vetaki fish cutlet

Ingredients- 20 grams of boiled fish, 4 large boiled potatoes, 4 chicken eggs, 2 large onions, chopped, 2 cups of biscuit powder, 1 teaspoon of chopped green chillies, 2 teaspoons of chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of tamarind pulp, 300 Grams of white oil and salt as needed.

Method – Take a peeled boiled egg and crack it into an egg. Add coriander leaves, onion, chilli, tamarind pulp, boiled fish and salt to that mixture. Cutlet filling is ready. Now make it like a small ball and put it in the palm of your hand and squeeze it. Coat both sides in biscuit powder, dip in beaten egg and leave in hot oil. Fry until red. Garnish with tomato sauce, onion and cucumber slices and serve.

Shrimp cutlet

Ingredients- Prawns, onion batter, ginger-garlic-chili batter, egg, biscuit powder, sour curd, salt and oil for frying.

Method – Do not take the shrimp head. Leave a small opening towards the tail and discard the rest. Cut the back of the fish lengthwise. You will see that the fish does not break into two pieces. Now take out the fish thread with the head of the knife and throw it away.

Now make a mixture with all the batter spices, sour curd and little salt and spread the fish. Swallow the egg. Now take the spiced fish one by one and apply the biscuit powder well. When dry, dip in egg and fry in oil until brown.

Kavirajee cutlet

Ingredients – minced meat, egg, onion, garlic, vinegar, bread, green chillies, sugar and salt.

Method – Soak the minced meat in vinegar. Beat the eggs. Now mix the beaten egg, ginger-garlic batter, onion-garlic pieces, little sugar and salt and bread vinegar well in the meat. Now take out small pieces like lychee from that makha and make flat shaped cutlets. Put it on the biscuit powder and spread it upside down and fry it in oil.

Fish egg cutlet

Ingredients – 150 gm fish roe, 2 onions chopped, 1 cup gram flour, 1 potato, 4 teaspoons cornflour, 4 chillies, 1 teaspoon ginger, 2 teaspoons coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder, to taste Like salt, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, white oil for frying, 1 cup biscuit powder

Method – First mix all the above ingredients with egg in a bowl. Now spread some biscuit powder on a plate and spread the biscuit powder in the shape of a cutlet. Then let it set in the fridge for 1/2 hour. Then heat the oil in a pan and fry the cutlets in a low flame. After that cutlets are ready to be served hot with chopped onions.
