Method:- Boil beets, carrots, curry beans, cabbage and potatoes well. Take it Now grind all the curries except potatoes. Put oil in a pan, add raisins, grated coconut, salt to taste, ginger and 1 teaspoon of sugar and stir to make a paste.

Take it down when it is fried well. Peel the potato and make lechi by adding salt, ginger, chili powder and little flour. Then make a chop shape inside and dip it in besan balls and fry it in strained oil.

Ingredients:- Raw prawns (peeled), chopped green chillies, cumin powder, raw onion, salt, sugar, gram flour and mustard oil.

Method:- Mix the peeled boiled fish with chilli flakes, salt, onion flakes, cumin powder, sugar, spices and make it like a chop. Dip gram flour in a bowl with little oil and fry them in strained oil.

Egg Chop

Ingredients: Eggs 4, Besan 100 gms, Mustard oil 100 gms, Dal Bata 1 cup, Black cumin, Nooran, Chilli powder as per guess.

Method: Boil eggs. Remove the peel. Once peeled, cut an egg lengthwise into quarters. Now dissolve besan in water in a bowl. Add dalbata, kaljire, red chilli powder, salt to it. The batter will be quite thick. Now heat the kadai. Pour oil into the pan. When the oil is hot, dip one piece of egg in gram flour and fry it in the oil. Once fried, serve hot.

Mutton Chop

Ingredients:- 200 grams Mutton Mince, Two Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chillies, Mustard Oil, 3 Tbsp Flour, 3 Tbsp Cornflour, Salt, Turmeric, Cumin Powder, Chilli Powder, Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Potatoes, Biscuit Powder, Water .

Method:- Fry a large spoon of mustard oil in a wok with chopped onions, a spoonful of garlic, ginger, crushed green chillies and saute for 5 minutes. Now add minced mutton. It should be grated very well with mincemeat. Grind the minced meat with salt, turmeric, cumin powder, Kashmiri chili powder to taste.

When the spice-mince comes to a boil, reduce the gas flame and let the mince cook. Stir the minced meat well and reduce the flame completely. When it boils, add half a cup of hot water to it. Cover and cook the minced meat for 10-12 minutes. When the mince is cooked, add two large boiled potatoes. Dry the minced potatoes well, Vyas pura is ready. Finally, add a spoonful of garam masala powder.

Stuffing is made for meat chops. When it cools down a bit, start making the chops. Take little by little from the cold mixture and give it the desired shape. Mix biscuit powder in one bowl, 3 spoons of flour, 3 spoons of cornflour, a little salt, chili powder, pepper powder and a little water in another bowl. Now dip it in flour and coat it with biscuits. Repeat the same procedure, i.e. double coat and deep fry in oil only.
